Unofficial information site and gallery

Welcome to the Unofficial Holden VE Commodore website!
As many people are aware, Holden regularly update the Commodore series bringing
out new models or just series updates to current models. We believe that the
next update, rather than being a new model, will just be a "VE Series II"
update. Things such as slightly updated exterior styling and new interior styling
and options are expected to be available. We now have a confirmation of the
new release Commodore and we have photos and information available right now for
viewing! Click to navigate to our VE Series II Photos page.
We have the complete history of Australia's billion dollar baby, information
on each specification level, photo galleries on the VE's interior
and exterior, and a brief mini-guide on buying a VE for yourself. The
VE is the replacement to the outgoing VZ Commodore model, and it offers a range
of new specification levels at better prices.
The release of the VE Ute was not until 2007 at which time the Sportswagon was previewed to the public. The release of the VE Sportswagon was not
until July of 2008 and it came with the same wheel-base as the Sedan unlike it's VZ wagon predecessor which came with a longer wheel-base.
If you're wanting to look at photos of any specification model VE, you can
view the Interior and Exterior galleries from the right hand menu. These
photos include the SS V Special Edition with the Pontiac G8 front clip and
assorted G8 trimmings. Or any of the 60th Anniversary edition models of the
SS V, the Calais, and the Omega.
We are aiming to be the MOST comprehensive information site for VE Commodore
in Australia! Soon we will also be featuring information on the exported
versions of the VE, such as the Pontiac G8 and Vauxhall VXR8 models. We
are also working on creating a list of parts and information, so be on the
lookout for new pages added almost daily!
Hazard Yellow is today's VE Commodore colour of the day!
